BUENOS AIRES, April 20 (Reuters) - Argentina will reopen the 
sale of local law Bonar24 bonds on Tuesday in order to fund 
infrastructure projects, Argentine Economy Minister Axel 
Kicillof told a state broadcaster on Monday.
